One suspect in custody from ambush style attack

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It was a tense morning for Albuquerque police today when two men shot at an officer during a DWI stop.
Police say they tried to pull over a vehicle for suspicion of DWI near Osuna and Jefferson. As the officer was pulling the car over, police say three shots were fired towards the officer from the vehicle. The car took off heading westbound on Osuna firing three more shots in the officers direction, one of those shots broke the back window of the car. T
