SYCAMORE, Ohio (AP) — The Latest on the case of a youth that authorities say posed as a state senator in a school visit.
Authorities say the 18-year-old who posed as a state senator visiting a high school says he was making a point about school security.
The Blade newspaper in Toledo, Ohio, reports that Izaha Akins said in a brief interview he was showing that rural schools don’t think they are at risk for security breaches, but that they can happen.
