Officials delay trial for accused cop killer

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Federal prosecutors and attorneys for the man accused of killing a police officer have agreed to delay his trial.
That’s because a pre-sentence report is underway to figure out if Davon Lymon would be a good match for a plea deal. Court documents show both sides say they need to understand how Lymon’s lengthy criminal history would affect sentencing.
