NMSU eyes teaching northern New Mexico men how to cook

OHKAY OWINGEH PUEBLO, N.M. (AP) – New Mexico State University wants to teach some men in northern New Mexico to cook something more than grilled cheese sandwiches.
The college’s Cooperative Extension Service in Rio Arriba County and the Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo is working with men in a four-week cooking program to expand their diet.
