New Mexico women take part in Wounded Warrior program

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two New Mexico woman have become the first to take part in the Wounded Warrior career development program at Sandia.
Gabrielle Holcomb and Linsey Kibler fought in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Both women are the first female, combat veterans to take part in the program.
Wounded Warrior offers injured vets opportunities to acquire practical skills through job training at Sandia. The goal is to help vets make a smooth transition from military to civilian career
