New Mexico weather: Snow and strong winds as weekend begins

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – Much of New Mexico is expected to see blustery winter weather with snow and strong winds at the beginning of the weekend as a storm system sweeps across the state.
Forecasters say strong winds and heavy snow will reduce visibility and pack some roadways with snow and ice in northern New Mexico while strong winds are expected across much of the state, including the eastern plains.
