New Mexico unemployment second highest in nation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico’s unemployment rate remains the second highest in the nation.
New numbers show unemployment was at 6.7% for the third month in a row. According to the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, that is slightly up from last year.
Only Alaska has a higher rate at 6.8%.
