New Mexico sergeant fights for job back

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An officer accused of getting too rough with a suspect was caught on tape. Now, she is fighting for her job back.
A jury found her not guilty of charges, but she was fired anyway. She was in Taos on Friday trying to get her job back.
The incident happened last June and led to Taos Police Sergeant Jani Davis getting fired.
