New Mexico Senate confirms first female state engineer
NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – For the first time in New Mexico's history, a woman is serving as the state engineer. The state Senate unanimously confirmed Elizabeth Anderson to the position on Monday, seven months after the governor appointed her.
