New Mexico releases 2016 PARCC student test results

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – New Mexico education officials have released results from the latest student standardized tests.

New Mexico is rising:
Up 1.3 percentage points in proficiency across all grades in ELA, with 57 of 89 districts showing gains.
Up 2.5 percentage points in proficiency across all grades in Math, with 77 of 89 districts showing gains.
