New Mexico man facing 10 years in prison after falsely demanding $20 million from federal employee

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A man from Datil, New Mexico, has pled guilty to submitting a false lien against a Social Security Administration employee. The man, 56-year-old Trapper Killsmany, claimed the federal employee owed him $20 million.The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) says Killsmany made the false claim despite having no financial relationship with the Social Security Administration employee. And it's not the first time Killsmany has brought similar claims against other employees. N
