New Mexico man arrested for 12th DWI after driving 120+ mph

LAS VEGAS, N.M. (AP) — New Mexico State Police say a Las Vegas man has been arrested for his 12th DWI after driving more than 120 mph on Interstate 25.
They say 45-year-old Edward Moya was arrested Dec. 7 by an officer on patrol in San Miguel County.
