New Mexico counseling center reaches settlement over improper Medicare bills

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The owner of a mental health counseling center that had locations in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho has agreed to pay over $300,000 to the United States to resolve allegations that they improperly billed Medicare.
