New Mexico commission recommends retaining 35 judges

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A New Mexico commission that evaluates the performance of judges is recommending to retain all eligible sitting judges on the bench.The New Mexico Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission is recommending to retain 35 judges on the 2024 General Election ballot.Four other judges have not served long enough for the commission to make a recommendation.Two of those judges, David Murphy and Emetrio Rudolfo, are in Bernalillo County.Story continues below
