New Mexico Attorney General becomes special prosecutor in Officer Webster’s murder case

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man accused of gunning down Albuquerque Police Officer Webster, Davon Lymon, will be in federal court Monday for the gun charges against him.
Those gun and drug charges stem from the night he was arrested after the shooting, but he has yet to be charged for Officer Webster’s murder.
