Motion: New DA should consider retrial in police shooting

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – A special prosecutor appointed to the criminal murder case against two former Albuquerque police officers charged with an on-duty shooting has asked that the next district attorney consider whether there should be a retrial.
