Monsoon storms return Wednesday

Another round of monsoon storms are on the way Wednesday afternoon. Heavy rain could cause areas of flash flooding.
A surge of monsoon moisture is producing scattered showers and thunderstorms across New Mexico Tuesday afternoon.
