Monsoon storms continue through the weekend

Another active monsoon day across New Mexico. This active monsoon pattern will continue through the weekend and into next week with daily afternoon thunderstorms across the western half of the state.
Scattered showers and storms have once again developed Friday afternoon along and west of the central mountain chain. These storms will continue to move northward through the evening. A few storms will still be ongoing into the early overnight hours before tapering off.
