Molina Healthcare ordered to pay workers overtime

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Hundreds of Molina Health Care Workers will finally get their overtime pay after the company was ordered to pay it.
According to the Albuquerque Journal, Molina Healthcare will pay more than $700,000 in overtime wages for 409 employees in Albuquerque.
The U.S. Department of Labor says the company had incorrectly exempted case managers from getting overtime. Molina says moving forward it will make sure managers better when it comes to pay issues.
