Missing 3 year old after car theft

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)– Albuquerque Police say a car was stolen from Smith’s parking lot with a 3 year old girl inside.Police have located the vehicle but the child seen in this picture was not inside.
Her name has not been released at this time.This story is still developing.
