Man who did no time for child porn now behind bars

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) – A man who admitted to multiple counts of sexual exploitation of children is behind bars.
KRQE News 13 first reported on Casey Logan, late September. A grand jury indicted the 28-year-old on more than 30 counts of possessing, manufacturing and distributing child pornography.
Documents indicate Logan admitted it to investigators, but a judge granted him conditional discharge. He was not required to serve any time or register as a sex offender.
