Man who broke into Albuquerque home escapes jail time

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A burglar who broke into a home with two young girls inside has escaped jail time.
The girls, ages 9 and 11, were home alone when Luis Arriaga crawled through one of the home’s windows.
He then rummaged through the home as the girls hid. Then Arriaga took off with valuables.
The girls recognized Arriaga by the tattoos on his eye lids which say the words, “Game over.”
They say their dad used to help him out.
