Man urging fatal hit-and-run suspects to come forward

There are still many questions about a tragedy that happened over the summer when an 8-year-old boy was hit and killed at Louisiana and Trumbull. He was struck by multiple vehicles, and the driver of one of them, Julian Maldonado, is looking for answers.
