Man sentenced in Albuquerque murder-for-hire plot

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — A man who has been in the criminal justice system for over two decades will now spend the rest of his days behind bars. Freddy Ganger was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday in connection to a 2022 murder-for-hire plot in Albuquerque.Earlier this month, Granger pled guilty to the killing of Gary Escareno, who was shot to death in a car near the corner of Thaiti and Morenci.
