Man charged in fatal Albuquerque crash faces judge

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man police say killed three people while drinking and driving appeared in court Tuesday. The most recent toxicology report shows Jacob Jaramillo’s blood alcohol level was .15 which is nearly twice the legal limit.
Police say he hit a car stopped at a red light on the frontage road at the Big-I back in November.Grace Sinfield and brothers Roberto Mendez and Sergio Mendez-Aguirre were killed.
