Man arrested time and time again appears before judge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An effort to keep another repeat criminal locked up was not as successful.
He’s been arrested 11 times in the last few years for everything from car theft and burglary, to breaking into a home and sleeping in a little girl’s bed.
