Man arrested for driving escapees, helping them remove shackles

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – State Police have arrested and charged a fourth woman for helping escaped inmates Lionel Clah and Joseph Cruz.
Celeste Salcido, 45, was arrested Friday and is facing assisting escape and harboring charges.
According to State Police, Salcido was living with Cruz’s sister, Olivia Cruz, and had helped Joseph and Clah after their escape.
