Lost teens spend rainy night on New Mexico mountain

RUIDOSO, N.M. (AP) – Authorities say an afternoon outing gone wrong for four Albuquerque teens turned into a long rainy night on a southern New Mexico mountain.
The Ruidoso News reported Wednesday that the boys’ family dropped them off Friday afternoon at the Crest Trailhead, which leads up the same mountain as the Ski Apache resort area. When they didn’t return at sunset, the boys’ family called for help.
