Local man raises awareness for a unique condition

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A campaign is being put in place to help raise awareness for a condition that most may have never heard of.
Guillian Barré Syndrome (GBS) and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) are extremely rare auto immune conditions that attack your nervous system.
On May 10th The Bernalillo County Board of Commissioners, officially recognized May as GBS/CIDP Awareness Month.
