Lobo basketball will be front and center on Turkey Day

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The next time the Lobo men’s basketball team take the floor they will be participating in the Wooden Legacy Classic.
The 3-0 Lobos will meet Virginia Tech on Thanksgiving day on ESPN. It’s an opportunity for the Lobos to present their brand to a national audience when the basketball traffic will be slow. The goal is to keep playing in tournaments like the Wooden Legacy Classic in the future.
