Lobo Baseball wins in their Home Opener

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The Lobo Baseball team bettered their record to 4-1 with a 17-7 win over Wichita State on Friday night.
It was the first game in the newly renamed Santa Ana Star Field, and the University of New Mexico team didn’t disappoint as they scored 17 runs on 17 hits.
Chris DeVito stood out in this Lobo win as he went 5 for 5 with 7 RBI’s and a homerun.
