Lobo baseball is ready for NCAA Regionals

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.(KRQE)-Ray Birmingham and his University of New Mexico baseball team didn’t leave anything to chance in the Mountain West Tournament Championship game Saturday. The Lobos took their fate into their own hands with a 14-4, ten run rule, 7th inning victory over the Nevada Wolfpack.
The victory earned the Lobos an automatic bid to the NCAA Regionals, a place the Lobos haven’t been since 2013. The win was another feather in the cap of coach Birmingham who has led the Lobo
