ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The window has opened for lawmakers to file bills they want to introduce during this year's 60-day legislative session. One bill that is sure to spark debate would stop funding public libraries that ban books. "It is not a culture war bill," said New Mexico House Representative Kathleen Cates.
