Lawsuit: Man claims Bernalillo County Sheriff deputies wrongfully arrested him

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Bernalillo County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man two years ago for stealing a woman’s car with her little kids inside. Now, that man is suing the sheriff’s department, claiming deputies arrested the wrong man.
