Late week storm moves into New Mexico

A low pressure system continues to make its way towards New Mexico today. This storm system will be bringing widespread precipitation to New Mexico.
The morning across western and central New Mexico have started out on the chilly side. Temperatures are near and below freezing across most of western New Mexico. On the eastern side, temperatures are cooler but not quite near freezing. The afternoon still has quite a bit of warming up to do. Temperatures are forecasted to reach the low 40's across
