Las Cruces man indicted for allegedly molesting 2 kids

LAS CRUCES (AP) – A Las Cruces man has been indicted on charges stemming from allegations that he sexually molested his girlfriend’s two young children.
A Third District Court grand jury indicted 25-year-old Bobby Mendoza on Friday of 13 counts of criminal sexual penetration.
Mendoza was also indicted on two counts each of second- and third-degree criminal sexual contact of a minor.
He is also facing two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of evidence t
