Large rodent fossil found in New Mexico
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The fossil of a large rodent has been found in New Mexico and its revealing new details about how some animals survived the extinction that killed the dinosaurs.
The remains were discovered last year in the San Juan Basin of northwestern New Mexico.
