Kirtland Air Force Base holds training exercises

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Kirtland Air Force Base will be conducting training exercises on Wednesday, Sept. 13.New Mexico attorney general says he won’t back the governor’s gun orderDuring the exercises, there will be the increased presence of emergency response vehicles and personnel, the use of smoke, simulated explosions and gate closures so the base can "demonstrate force protection capabilities."
