Jury deliberations continue in Sandy, Perez trial

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Jury deliberations continued Tuesday in the murder trial of two former Albuquerque Police Department officers who shot and killed homeless camper James Boyd.
The jury deliberated for over five hours on Tuesday. They have been deliberating for over 14 hours in total.
So far, there have been no questions on Tuesday.
Jurors deliberated the fate of Dominique Perez and Keith Sandy for eight hours Friday before the judge sent them home for the weekend.
