Judges sets new competency hearing date for 14-year-old charged with murder

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A judge has decided the teen accused of killing a man by running him over with a car is not ready to stand trial.
Police say 14-year-old Matthew Jaramillo stole an SUV and picked up a prostitute back in May. They say he was parked near an apartment complex when 46-year-old Richard Sisneros told him to move his car. That’s when police say Jaramillo ran the man over and dragged him down the street.
