Judge to decide what jury can hear in Sandy, Perez murder trial

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two months before former Albuquerque Police Officers Keith Sandy and Dominique Perez are tried for murder, a judge is deciding what evidence can and cannot be used in the trial.
The special prosecutor listed evidence to the judge Thursday that she does not want the jury to hear in September.
