Judge to decide on evidence for James Boyd case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A judge is expected to decide what evidence will make it into the trial of the two Albuquerque police officers charged with the murder of a homeless camper.
Dominique Perez and Keith Sandy are facing second degree murder charges for the deadly shooting of James Boyd who was illegally camping in the foothills in 2014.
Prosecutors asked the judge to exclude information about Boyd’s past on Friday.
