Judge sets trial date for alleged drunk driver

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A trial date has been set for the man accused in a deadly DWI crash.
Steven Trujillo was allegedly driving drunk at Rio Bravo and Del Rio in July when he slammed into a mini-van packed with kids, many of whom were thrown from the vehicle.
Mary Soto, 30, and a 14-year-old were killed.
Trujillo has pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide.
On Wednesday, a judge scheduled his trial date for November.
