Judge says ethics violations relevant to criminal charges
SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) – A New Mexico district court judge says some prior admissions to violations of Senate ethics rules and the state constitution by a disgraced former senator can be used to determine whether the lawmaker should stand trial on criminal charges.
