Judge prepares to hear argument against Albuquerque Rapid Transit project

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – In just a few hours, a judge is set to hear arguments over the controversial Albuquerque Rapid Transit Project.
Business owners along Central have been fighting the city over their plans to put a bus line through Historic Route 66.
It’s been a long time coming, but a judge could make a decision by Thursday. The judge will either give the green light to the hot button ART project, or he’ll put the brakes on the new bus system.
