Investigator describes scene when Andrew Romero was arrested

LOS LUNAS, N.M. (KRQE) – The trial for accused cop killer Andrew Romero resumed Friday after a day off. Romero is on trial for the murder of Rio Rancho Police Officer Gregg Benner.
Friday, a criminal investigator for the New Mexico State Police took the stand. He testified that he was there when when Andrew Romero was arrested in Albuquerque the morning after Officer Benner was shot.
