Indictments filed in Martin Luther King Commission money scheme

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Three people have been charged for stealing from the state-run Martin Luther King Commission.
After raiding the facility almost a year ago, the Attorney General’s office has now released a 14-count indictment charging the former director of the commission, along with a former worker and the head of a non-profit.
The indictments state Kimberly Greene, former MLK Commission director, embezzled and falsified documents to steal state money.
