I-25 near Budaghers reopened after HAZMAT incident

BUDAGHERS, N.M. (KRQE) – I-25 is back open between San Felipe and Budaghers after an incident that happened Thursday morning.
I-25 was closed in both directions due to a HAZMAT incident, according to New Mexico State Police.
NMSP said a tanker with volatile, flammable liquid was causing the trouble. An EOD/HAZMAT unit was on scene.
