'Hope Initiative' aims to combat drug overdose

New Mexico has the second-highest rate of overdose deaths in the country. Much of that comes from heroin or prescription opioid abuse, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office and UNM's Heath Sciences Center. Now the state has a new way to fight that problem head on.
