Homeless man shot by Albuquerque attorney testifies

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The homeless man, who was shot by an attorney in Albuquerque, took the stand on Wednesday.
The attorney for David Chip asked Stephen Biddinger about the drugs he had taken the day he was shot. He told them he was still “tweaking” on “ice man.”
